Read, Set, Badum, Badum, Badum!
Our good friend Dean Fessler gave a fantastic talk about how sharks really behave and his work with sharks. Did you know that sharks bear their teeth just like an angry dog when they are not happy. Good time not to pet the shark if you like your arm. Other times, Dean has held White Sharks by their nose and walked around the edge of the boat.
Also with us were Lou and Yana Pisano of Jawsfest Films. They had some webcam issues but they could see and hear us and we were able to ask them lots of questions about the film, the locations used in shooting the film etc. If you are a Jaws fan, then their Jawsfest films belong in your dvd library. Good job Lou and Yana!
The film was great of course. (Spoiler Alert) He get’s it in the end! We probably would have postponed but had our very own event weather coverage from Steve at NYNJPAweather.com and he assured us the line of showers would break up before getting here and indeed, it fell apart and passed over us as thick clouds. Thanks Steve!
